The certified Mr. Swabe rookie of the crowd favorite Barangay Ginebra San Miguel Team, Rodney Brondial, chatted with BallersPinas yesterday about his thoughts on Ginebra, to their fans, his relationship status, and the things that he likes in a girl.
The former Adamson University Falcon was happy that he was selected by the arguably most famous PBA Team in the Philippines, the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel, in the PBA Draft 2014.
"Sobrang ok sa team. Masaya siyempre. Masayang masaya na kinuha ako ng Ginebra. Sobrang grateful and thankful. Andaming nagddream maging part ng team, pero ako sinuwerte na makuha," the good looking baller shared to BallersPinas.
He's also aware how supportive and passionate the Gin Kings fans are and their patented Never Say Die spirit.
"Siyempre thankful din ako sa support nila sa team. Talaga mapa out of town or sa Araneta nandun sila para samin. Gustong gusto ko yung Never Say Die Spirit nila. Parang yung nasa Team din," the new Ginebra big man added.
He also shared that he is single.
"Yeah I'm single," he said.
When we asked him what type of girl he's looking for, apparently, he's not the superficial type who looks for a pretty face.
"Nothing in particular naman. Just a girl with a nice attitude and good character," he highlighted.
Girls, what are you waiting for, you know the drill. He's still available, you might captivate him if you have the above mentioned traits.
Meanwhile, with regard to his basketball shoes, he just wants something that's comfortable and supportive. "Sa shoes basta comfortble and supportive sa paa, ok na," the young big man disclosed to BallersPinas.
