Balut is a delicious Filipino Food Delicacy. It is basically a fertilized duck embryo that is boiled and eaten in the shell (Wikipedia). Many people believe that it is rich in Calcium and it is eaten to make the knees stronger than ever.

The Barangay Ginebra San Miguel Rookies, Keith Jensen and Chris Ellis tried to eat Balut. Not only do they get the opportunity to taste the appetizing Balut, they also get the opportunity to further strengthen their knees in preparation for the hard action in the PBA.
