Chad Alonzo Removed From Ginebra Try-out Pool: Andaya and Rodriguez Fight For The Spot

Our dear friend Snow Badua Tweeted a sad news. Here's what he said:

"CHAD ALONZO already cut from the GINEBRA try-out. Last spot still between ERIC RODRIGUEZ & MARK ANDAYA, who started training today."

This news is sad not only because they removed the 6'3 Forward Chad Alonzo, but also because they didn't invite the big player from Adamson, Ken Bono. As you can see they only admitted Big Mac Andaya and Eric Rodriguez in their try-out pool. Bono is no where to be found in the pool. They didn't consider his scoring and rebounding skills. He can score 20 plus points per game and he can grab at least 10 rebounds if he will be given some playing minutes for Ginebra. I really want to see him play for Ginebra because I believe in him, however it is the decision of the Gin Kings' team management. Their decision should be followed.

Some people also believe that the rift between Ginebra's assistant coach, Siot Tanquincen and Ken Bono was the reason the big Bono was not invited to the try-outs. Again, this is just a rumor. I still don't know if it's true. You, what do you think about this issue?
