Miami Heat Beats Chicago Bulls in Game 2 To Tie Eastern Conference Finals Series 2011
Getting their confidence back after a huge lost in game 1, the Miami Heat captures game 2 to tie the Eastern conference finals series against the Bulls. Udonis Haslem exerted the needed efforts against the dynamic bulls front line to give his team a huge lift. He had 13 points and he made several hustle plays that increased the confidence of the Heat. They win via 85-75. Derrick Rose had 21 points but his effort was not sufficient to silent the very resilient Miami Heat. The series is now tied with 1 game a piece for the Heat and the Bulls. Game 3 will be in Miami.
This game was a low scoring one. The Heat and the Bulls' defense were awesome. But in the fourth quarter it was the Heat's defense that prevailed. Imagine, the Bull on had 10 points in the fourth quarter. That was the Bulls' franchise low scoring per quarter ever since they're joined the NBA.
LeBron James praised the energy of his team. He also affirmed that they have made the series more interesting because at last they've won a game in Chicago. He had 29 points and 10 rebounds. That's a double-double game. His late game heroics, especially his step back jay killed the Bulls' swagger. He led a 12-2 run in the fourth quarter. That was a repeat performance of his game 5 game against the Celtics.
Dwyane Wade had 24 points and Chris Bosh added 10 points. All in all the big three of the Heat had 63 points in this game.
