SportsBuzz: Alyssa Valdez and Kiefer Ravena of the UAAP school Ateneo de Manila University league hopped to show their support for their dear friend Baser Amer of the San Beda Red Lions.
When the NCAA reporter miss Myrtle Sarrosa asked the reigning UAAP Women's Volleyball MVP on why she's watching the game live and who is she rooting for, the ever smiling Valdez said that she's just supporting her friend Baser Amer.
"Si besh Amer. Common friend namin siya tapos lagi namin siyang kasama sa therapy namin. Sana maganda season niya sa NCAA," Alyssa said.
She also bared that it's her first time to watch an NCAA game live since she's from another collegiate league.
"First time ko manaood ng NCAA game live. Sobrang taas ng energy ng lahat dito," highlighted Valdez.
Her charm probably helped Amer and the rest of the Red Lions beat Mapua via 75-65.
