Sister teams Ginebra and San Miguel engaged on a tough grind it out game a while ago at the Smart Araneta Coliseum with the Beermen getting the best of the Gin Kings, 79-77.
San Miguel dominated in most parts the ballgame, but in the start of the 4th quarter, Ginebra caught fire and trimmed their deficit to single digit. The fans got excited when Ginebra once again showed their never say die spirit. Unfortunately, in the dying seconds of the match, Japeth Aguilar missed a crucial dunk which could have further helped the cause of his team.
Some Gin Kings fans are saying that the refs should have called a foul in that instance. They even posted a photo to prove their point.
