Our very own Congressman Manny Pacquiao has a lot of charisma. In fact, during the pre-fight press con of his bout dubbed as "Fight as One" against Brandon Rios, he was able to make the whole crowd inside the hotel laugh hard. He just made a simple prank wherein instead of facing Brandon Rios in their face-off post, he faced the ring girl that caught his attention.
The ring girl smiled at him and then all those who are present in the press con laughed including the very stern looking Brandon "Bambam" Rios. Manny really knows how to use his charm.
