Last Friday, President Barack Obama had a split lip which he got while he was playing in a basketball game. He was inadvertently elbowed by his opponent. His upper lip got slipped. He experienced 12 stitches because of it.
It was very ironic since his secret guards are all over the court yet he was still hurt by his opponent. But the President knows the sports' physicality and it's a full contact sport.
Here's what exactly happened in the game. The President body checked a guy because the guy can score and then in a mid air collision, the President suddenly fell down bleeding. His lip slip.
The President is currently nursing the injury and he has to go and bear it while he is doing his tasks as the United States of America's President.
Many sports magazines have used his photos and placed some on their front page.
