Lakers Beats Houston Rockets In Season Opener Kobe Leading The Way





Kobe Bryant had 27 points and with their newest pointguard Steve Blake hitting his biggest three pointer which is a go ahead one with 18.8 seconds remaining helped Lakers beat the rampaging Houston Rockets with just 2 points the score was 112-110.


Their all star center Pau Gasol scored 29 points and grabbed 11 rebounds and once again helped his Lakers grab a win in the NBA season opener.

The defending champs faced a 15 point deficit in the first half but when the third quarter came Shannon Brown three pointers helped stem the lead within single digit.

Aaron Brooks had a chance to tie the game but his lay-up was blocked by the lengthy Odom.
