After losing to Vietnam in their first match in the FIVB WCQ, the Philippine Team immediately bounced back and beat Myanmar in 4 scintillating sets: 20-25, 25-14, 25-10, 25-17.

The Philippine Team was a bit rusty in the first set. They let Myanmar steal the opening set, but thankfully they came back roaring in the next 3 sets, winning the match in a convincing fashion.

This is the very First international win of the Philippines after 8 long years that's why I can't help but to congratulate the 12 Girls and the coaches who courageously went to Vietnam to represent our country.

Going on, just like in their first match, Dindin Santiago and Alyssa once again led the Philippine Team in scoring. Take a look at the team scoring: Dindin Santiago-16, Alyssa Valdez- 15, Jaja Santiago-12, Yongco -10, Ortiz- 6, Rhea Dimaculangan- 5, Roces -3, Rubie de Leon -1.
