PBA Season 38 Commissioner's Cup Format of Import Conference

The PBA Season 38 Commissioner’s Cup is set to open on February 8, 2013. Teams will be parading imports with unlimited height so expect a lot of Dunks and Power Plays once the Commissioner’s Cup starts.

To give you an idea on what will be the look of your favorite PBA Teams, Petron’s import is the NBA Veteran Renaldo Balkman, Ginebra San Miguell will have Herbert Hill, San Mig Coffee Mixers will have Matt Rogers (some say he’s just a temporary import and will be replaced by Denzel Bowles after his obligation with other pro-basketball team), Meralcon Bolts will have Eric Dawson, Air 21 Express will have Michael Dunigan, GlobalPort Batang Pier will have Justin Williams, Rain or Shine will have the towering import Bruno Sundov, Alaska Aces will have Robert Dozier, Barako Bull Energy will have Evan Brock, and finally, Talk ‘n Text will have the versatile import Keith Benson.

Meanwhile, here's the PBA Season 38 Commissioner's Cup Import Conference Format.

    -Single Round-Robin Elims
    -9 games each team
-Top 2 teams after elims.will automatically advance to SemiFinals
-In case of tie, Playoffs will be held only for #2 and #6 seed
    -The next 4 teams will play in a Best-of-3 Q'Finals. #3 vs #6 and #4 vs #5.
    -SemiFinals: Best-Of-5
    -Finals: Best-Of-7

The Conference is relatively short that's why each team must start well. They must accumulate a number of wins if they want to gain leverage over other teams.
