Commonwealth Games New Delhi 2010



The Commonwealth Games happens every four years. It is made for the member countries of the Commonwealth of Nations. It enjoins and enlists thousands of elite athletes. The games that are included are: lawn bowls, rugby sevens, track and field, tennis, golf and netball.

The 2010 Commonwealth Games which is the 19th, will be hosted by India. The Games are being held in New Delhi, India from 3 to 14 October 2010. The opening ceremony will be at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, which is the primary stadium of the games. It is the second time that an Asian country is the host of the Games. The first asian country to host is Malaysia.
