San Beda Season Sweep: NCAA Season 86
San Beda Red Lions are the kings of the NCAA Season 86 as they sit pretty on top of the team standings with a 15-0 win loss card which is a very rare record considering the very tight competition that the league has. They got their 15-0 standing at the expense of their rival, Letran.
They are now one win away for the NCAA Season sweep. They will face San Sebastian on wednesday. If they will win in that game, they will automatically have a championship appearance without having to undergo the final four process.
They blasted away the pesky defense of Aloysius Taplah of Letran enroute to having a 74-56 blowout win over the struggling Letran Knights. They have just made a historic elimination round sweep.
Rome Dela Rosa led the San Beda Red Lions, he had 19 points while the king of rebounds Sudan Daniel had 19 rebounds and its not surprising that they win the game. They just brought Letran to school. They are one win away for the sweetest sweep.
One more win though against defending champion San Sebastian on Wednesday would accomplish the rare feat while sealing San Beda outright entry to the finals.

“A twice-to-beat is good but a sweep is better,” said San Beda coach Frankie Lim. The Knights fell to their ninth setback against six losses, coach Louie Alas’ first losing season in more than a decade with the Dominican school. The win surpassed San Beda's longest streak at 14 set four years ago while matching the longest streak in the lead at 15 recorded by San Sebastian last season.
