There were major movements in the basketball calendar of the PBA last year and as a result, the start of its season 45 will be on March 1, 2020. The initial game schedule as well as the conference details are as follows. Smart Araneta Coliseum will be the opening day venue.
Update as of 2/11/20: due to the NCOV, the opening date of the Philippine Cup has been moved to March 8.
