Time flies so fast. After a couple of months waiting, the PBA will usher in the 3rd and final conference (Governors' Cup 2016) of Season 41 this coming July 15 with a monster double-header. At 4:15 pm the Meralco Bolts will test their metal against coach Ariel Vanguardia's Phoenix Fuel Masters, and to cap off the opening night, it will be Mahindra taking on Star in the second game.
