LA Lakers rising star Fil-Am guard Jordan Clarkson had practiced with Gilas Pilipinas, and he even supported the Nationals in their first few games in the on-going William Jones Cup 2015 in Taiwan. By all indications, he is 100 percent committed to the program.
In fact, few days ago, Jordan expressed his willingness to play for the Philippines until 2024. Good thing his NBA Team gave him a go signal, but with a not surprising condition. As per the Lakers VP for Public Relations Mr. John Black, "As long as it would not interfere with any Lakers' responsibilities, we would have no objection to any of our players playing for their national teams."
