Tweet scoop: Ateneo Lady Eagles standout Ella de Jesus is the newest member of the U-23 Philippine Women's Volleyball Team that will participate in the upcoming Asia U-23 Volleyball Tournament this coming May 2015. Originally, she's not part of the team, but due to Kasilag's sudden exclusion, she was filled in to the roster.
Ella issued a short statement upon knowing the news. She said "sobrang excited kami pero at the same time kinakabahan. Ibibigay nalang namin best namin."
Her teammate Alyssa Valdez also shared her sentiments. "Siguro may chance naman. We're gonna do our best," the Phenom stated.
