The 2013 NBA Rookie of The Year Damian Lillard just got his first adidas signature shoe, the Damian Lillard 1. He's wearing it this season all the way to the Playoffs. As many people would say, the first is very special and the most memorable. And so, here I am doing my best to share to you my experience with the shoe.
The look/aesthetics of the shoe is awesome. It has unique details especially on its upper part (lots of perforations for ventilation and the techfit under-layer for feet support) and its cushioning (adiprene+). I told to myself, I have to wear it with black jogger pants.
Performance wise, the elements that I am looking for in a basketball shoe are all present in the Lillard 1. It has good traction, it has excellent cushioning, and it has enough support on the upper part. You can check out my shoe performance review video below.
Again, you can check out the kicks in all leading adidas stores nationwide. It's SRP (suggested retail price) is 5,695 Php. The latest colorway out now is the Florist or the all red color.
