DLSU Lady Spikers Coach Ramil de Jesus Talks about Their 2nd Round Game Against Ateneo Lady Eagles Tomorrow

Following the De La Salle University Lady Spikers' dominant 3 straight sets victory against the struggling Adamson Lady Falcons last Sunday at the FilOil Flying V Arena in San Juan via 25-13, 25-15, and 25-17, Coach Ramil de Jesus talked about their upcoming game against their arch rivals Ateneo de Manila University Lady Eagles.

He issued a short but moving statement:

"I was telling them this game (against Adamson) will be some sort of a gauge of our readiness against Ateneo. The team played to my expectations and I hope we can build on this for Wednesday," declared the multi-titled DLSU Coach Ramil de Jesus.

At the cusp of sweeping the elimination round with an immaculate 13-0 win-loss record, the Lady Eagles could be facing a very determined DLSU Lady Spikers squad that wants to prevent them from sweeping the elimination round. That 1 more win will definitely be tough, based on what Coach Ramil said.

The result of the game tomorrow at 4pm will determine if there will a step-ladder Final 4 format (if Ateneo wins) or a regular #1 vs. #4 and #2 vs. #3 format (DLSU Wins).
