One of the contractors of the largest domed arena in the world a.k.a. Philippine Arena of INC (Iglesia Ni Cristo), Mr. Ja Hoon Ku, is allegedly wanted for stealing a huge sum of money worth $200 million from a well known Korean company.

Meanwhile, the alleged Korean fugitive was granted temporary freedom by virtue of an order coming from the The Malacanang Palace signed by Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa.

Hoon Ku got captured by the BI (Bureau of Immigration) few days ago. He was supposed to be deported to Korea, but due to the order, he was granted temporary freedom.

"According to the order, Ja will be free as he waits for the court's decision on his appeal on his deportation case. He was released from detention and was entrusted to members of the INC. The Palace has yet to release a statement regarding its decision to stop the deportation of Ja." (ANC)
