PBA Season 40 Opening Day Report: The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Secretary, Sir. Joel Villanueva was one of the VIP's in the opening day of the PBA Season 40 Philippine Cup earlier at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
He was asked by Miss Rizza Diaz on his expectations for the new Season of the PBA. He just said "Opening day palang siguro lahat ng tao nakatutok na sa sa PBA. Dito sa Bulacan pag Ginebra naglalaro tumitigil ang mundo."
The TESDA Secretary kept it short and simple, but apparently, what he said will surely make the millions of Ginebra fans happy.
Sec. Joel has a project called TESDA Trabaho Advocacy which has been done in partnership with the PBA.
