Gilas Last Home Stand 5-on-5 Game Got Cancelled Due to NBA Warning: Here's How To Ask For A Refund

Filipino basketball fans were disappointed upon knowing that the Gilas Last Home Stand 5-on-5 Charity game won't push through as the NBA Players were prohibited by their mother league.

The NBA via the players' agency apparently called the FIBR All Stars hours before the start of the event to remind them that they might suffer unwanted sanctions and fines if they participate in the 5-on-5 tune-up game. In effect, the NBA players limited their activity to plain basketball drills/basketball clinic.

The organizers feel sorry for what happened. That's the reason why they announced that those who bought tickets can ask for a refund. They just have to get in touch with PLDT Home in these hotline numbers: 836-5818;836-5890;836-5819 and follow the step-by-step refund process.

“I’m extremely disappointed with the turn of events. Our job is to be accountable for people’s expectation. Hence the refund,” Manny Pangilinan declared in the press con.

Those who are seeking a refund may also send the following details as part of the process: 1) Full name; 2) ticket number; 3) contact number; and 4) email address either by text message to 0919 614 0865 or email to RefundIGW@gmail.com.

The hotline numbers will start accepting calls 9:00 AM today (July 23, 2014).
