Philippine Azkals and Fans Maltreated in Hong Kong During Friendly Match

Philippines defeated Hong Kong in a friendly match yesterday via 1-0. It was such a good win considering that James Younghusband and Neil Etheridge had a great game.

James nailed that lone goal for the Philippines while Neil showed his usual self and did a lot of amazing saves including an incredible double-save of the Hong Kong penalty.

But despite this huge breakthrough win, Azkals fans all over the world were saddened because of a hideous news that circulated in Twitter.

Allegedly, the Philippine Azkals along with their fans who were watching live in the venue were maltreated by Hong Kong fans who couldn’t seem to believe that Philippines can beat their team in a friendly football match.
