Mike D’antoni said that he wants to to give Dwight Howard more touches and more opportunities to score. He wants to do that via the tried and tested pick and roll play. GameTime believes that it can be effective especially once Steve Nash comes back from a leg injury because he is very familiar to D’antoni’s system. By the way, D’antoni has yet to join the Lakers in their game against Houston today. He might already join them on Wednesday against the Brooklyn Nets.
