The last time I saw a Blue Eagle do something like this was during the UAAP Season 73 Men's Basketball Finals Series between the Ateneo Blue Eagles and the FEU Tamaraws. A series that was also won by Ateneo in two games.
When the final buzzer sounded in game 2 of the Season 73 Finals, Eric Salamat of the Blue Eagles quickly rushed into the stands to hug and kiss his Girlfriend.
Nico Salva did the same thing this year after the Ateneo Blue Eagles beat UST in game 2 via 65-62 to capture their 5th straight UAAP Men's Basketball Title.
Well, when a famous athlete like Nico Salva does something like this a midst a huge crowd, it could only mean one thing- "True Love."
