Reebok RealFlex Performance Review: This Pair of Shoes Is Awesome!

After giving you a little shoe tech review allow me to proceed to the much awaited performance review of the Reebok RealFlex. In this performance review we will focus on the Cushioning, Traction, Lockdown Support, Responsiveness, and Breathability of the shoes.

Cushioning

When I started walking and running while using this shoe, I felt really comfortable and at ease with the shoe. The inner-soles of the shoes were very soft. In fact they have very nice cushioning prowess. And theindependent multi directional nodes on its out-soles were also an added factor why the shoe has great cushioning. They bend and flex in accordance with the movements of my feet. So, with regard to the cushioning, I'll give it a 5/5 grade.

Traction

When we speak about traction, we focus on the out-soles of the shoe. The out-soles have independent multi directional nodes for better flexion and shoe movement. The grooves on the outsole were really great for flexion as well as for traction because when I wanted to stop after a run or a walk, they really enabled me to stop efficiently for a possible change of direction. That's the reason why this shoe is perfect for running as well as for CrossFitness. You can stop at will because of the great traction of the shoe. But the only problem that I encountered was that some of the small pebbles were stuck in between the Nodes. You should be wary of the course where you're running on to prevent those things to happen to your shoes. Remember the notion that durability of the shoe will be compromised if you run and do CrossFitness on a rough terrain. But overall, I'll give it a 4/5 score in terms of Traction.

Lockdown Support

When I jumped and ran using the shoe, I had no problem with the lockdown support of the shoe. The dual pull system and the large nodes at the bottom of the shoes provided stability and balance. My feet had an easier time in doing the jumping and running drills. For the Lockdown property of the shoe, I'll give it a 5/5 score. See the video below on how I jumped using the RealFlex.

Responsiveness

When you want to jump, cut hard, or walk fast the shoe is very responsive. It reacts quickly to my movement especially when my heel or toe pushes hard when I run or jump. Very soft sockliner, improved flex grooves and superior cushioning are the reason behind the great responsiveness of the shoe. I give it a 4/5 for responsiveness.

Breathability

The shoe has mesh upper all throughout that's why there's a maximum breath-ability all throughout the shoe. I didn't feel the heat while wearing this pair of shoes. It was as if I was wearing an open sandal. I give it a 5/5 for Breath-ability.

And what's good is that you can also use the shoe for casual wear. They look awesome right? So check it out and buy a pair now for only 4,295 pesos.
