PFF To Sign Contract With ABS-CBN Worth 300 Million Pesos: ABS-CBN Will Still Air The Games Of The Philippine Azkals





The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) will be signing a 4 year contract extension with ABS-CBN worth 300 Million Pesos. They still want ABS-CBN to air the games and other football related activities of the Philippine Azkals this year on-wards.

The president of the PFF, Mr. Mariano “Nonong” Araneta said that:

“They (ABS-CBN) had a better offer. TV5 also tabled an offer to the PFF but the Federation’s Board opted for ABS-CBN, which held the rights to Azkals matches starting last year during the AFC Challenge Cup."

Mr. Araneta and the Azkals' Manager Mr. Dan Palami was authorized by the PFF board to make a transaction with ABS-CBN before they finalize the 4 year contract.
