"Hey, I badly want to win this series." That's probably the only thing that was in the mind of El Granada, Gary David last Sunday wherein he led the Powerade Tigers in upsetting the highly favored top seeded B-Meg Derby Ace Llamados via 131-123. Gary "Mr. Pure Energy" David notched 37 Big Points in that game to carry his team over the Llamados. He showed fortitude and courage against the supposed to be Gigantic Llamados.
The game had a cardiac finish but a player in the person of Gary David took the lime light away from the other stars in that game such as James Yap and Kerby Raymundo. He was able to seize the moment and finally cement his name alongside the more famous and more big time players of the PBA. He has finally gotten what is due for him.
