The Shopinas.com Clickers are still winless as they were defeated by the Ginebra Gin Kings, 92-79, on their 2nd face-off in the elimination round of the PBA Season 37 yesterday. The game was held at Tubod, Lanao Del Norte.
Compared to their 1st match, Shopinas.com did not have an opportunity to tie the game.
Ginebra just extended their lead from 2 to 22 points during the 2nd quarter. A 22-4 run for the Kings made the Clickers forced their shots.
Shopinas.com also failed to shoot their bonus free-throws and that led to a 22 point deficit against the Kings in the 3rd quarter.
But Shopinas' Dennis Daa never gave up during the last 2:29 mins. in the game clock as he made an unexpected 10 points across his name in just limited playing time that cut their deficit from 22 down to 13. But still Shopinas fell short as Ginebra got the Win.
Willie Wilson was named as the best player of the game. He had 12 points in this game.
