Every end marks a new beginning. That is exactly what happened to the PBA. After the PBA Season 36 Governors' Cup Finals, majority of the PBA Fans weren't happy because of the implementation of the dreaded Quotient System that killed the PBA Finals hopes of the Alaska Aces and the Ginebra Gin Kings.
