The FIBA Americas Championship 2011 has already started. This time around Team USA will no longer have to participate in the league because they already have an automatic slot in the 2012 London Olympics because they are the reigning champions of the recently concluded FIBA World Championship in Turkey. Thus, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Argentina will be having an easier time compared to last year because of USA's absence. Nonetheless, the games are still exciting and are still action packed.
