Yousef Taha Will Win Defensive Player Award In FilOil Flying V 2011

This is Yousef Taha of Mapua. You're looking at the future star of NCAA.

With all of Yousef Taha's rivals for the defensive player award in FilOil 2011 out, the last tally of defensive will stand up until Sunday. In the tally, Yousef Taha's stats was summed up to be 152 defensive points. His close rival Pippo Noundou had an overall tally of 98 points but he failed to accumulate enough defensive points in his last game yesterday against Ateneo. That means Yousef Taha will win this years Defensive player of FilOil Flying V 2011 Award. The award will be given on Sunday in the Finals game between Ateneo and San Beda. The other players in the tally sheet have all exited earlier than Noundou thus, they will no longer be able to pad up on their defensive stats. For your information, this Mapua Fil-Jordanian rookie is also a FilOil MVP candidate. He will make history if he will win both awards in just a single season. Good luck Yousef. By the way, here are the defensive player candidates' stats.
