Manny Pacquiao bought a 388 million peso worth mansion in Forbes Park Makati. It's 1,000 sq meters. He will be the new neighber of the politician Ms. Loren Legardda, the business tycoon Tony Boy Cojuanco, and the Thailand Ambassador. The mansion has a swimming pool inside and it has several rooms. It also has a small house annexed with the mansion.
Congressman Manny Pacquiao said the reasons why they bought the mansion. He said:
"This mansion is near in some important business establishments in Makati and it's also near to their other business in Manila."
All in all Manny have 3 houses, one in Sarangani, another house in Gensan, another in Los Angeles, and another one in Manila. That's how rich Manny is.
