Kenny Bayless was the chosen referee to officiate the Pacquiao-Mosley fight. The Nevada Boxing Council's head Keith Kizer personally chose him. He was chosen amongst other referees because he has a clean record. He hasn't yet made a controversial call on the ring. His clean record is now gone as he made a controversial knock out call in Round 10 of the Pacquiao vs. Mosley fight. Mosley and Manny engaged into a close combat and then suddenly Manny fell. Bayless came into the picture and he acted as if there was a knockdown. Manny was clearly brushed aside by Mosley. Boxing fans from all over the world had a bad reaction on his bad call.
