San Beda Beats Arellano Chiefs In FilOil 2011 Premier Cup

The San Beda Red Lions redeemed themselves as they beat the Arellano University Chiefs with the score of 88-74. Ola Adeogun, San Beda's versatile power forward spear headed the attack for the Red Lions. He had 21 points and 16 rebounds. Rome Dela Rosa and Garvo Lanete combined for 30 points. They've just bounced back after suffering their first lost in the hands of the Blue Eagles.

Frankie Lim, San Beda's head coach said that the Chiefs have improved a lot especially with their foreign guys such as Charles Mammie who had 6 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. He also commented the efforts of his new go-to-guy Rome Dela Rosa.

The game was so intense that Arellano's Gerald Lapuz had an altercation with San Beda's Dave Semerad. They were ejected from the game.
