Brandon Roy 's 18 Points Key For A Comeback Win Against Dallas Mavs, The Turning Point Of The Series: Blazers All The Way

Before we had Tracy McGrady scoring 13 points in just only 35 seconds, now we have Brandon Roy scoring 18 crucial points to resuscitate his team, Portland Trail Blazers against the Dallas Mavericks. He only had 4 points in the first half, but he sensed the need for him to step up for his team to overhaul the huge 23 point lead of Dallas.

They were able to tie the best of 7 series, 2-2. For me, it was his 4-point play that shifted the momentum back to his team. He literally carried his team on his not so big shoulders. His championship heart was really evident. I suddenly took a trip down memory lane when Brandon was still playing for the University of Washington Huskies. He also had a great performance wherein he led the Huskies to its first Pac-10 Tournament Championship.

Here's how Roy dominated the Mavericks. The video is from YouTube.
