Adamson Falcons Beats De La Salle University Green Archers In PCCL Final 4

The Adamson University Falcons prove their doubters wrong that their win against the FEU Tamaraws was just a fluke when they beat the dragon slayers known as the De La Salle University Green Archers with the score of 67-59 in the PCCL 2010 Final 4 showdown.

The high-flyer Alex Nuyles first struggled to sink some of his three point bombs in the first half but he was able to get his rhythm in the second half as he single handedly carried his team with an output of 15 points and 5 rebounds.

The usual contributors for Adamson struggled. Lester Alvarez struggled in his three point shooting same as with Janus Lozada. But Lozada improved in terms of his court awareness and ball handling. He can now squeeze pass his defenders without fumbling the ball. He is now active and not passive in his defense against Simon Atkins.

Many UAAP fans were sad because they can already foresee another Ateneo-La Salle showdown, but Adamson can no lobger wait to unleash their hunger for a crown.

And so, destiny have it, the Ateneo De Manila University Blue Eagles will face the Adamson University Falcons in the best of three PCCL 2010 Finals on December 2, 2010 at 4pm live on the home of college hoops, Studio 23.
