Rajon Rondo: A Star is Born

Office Map

Kevin "The Big Ticket" Garnett said when he first saw Rajon Rondo Play was that "he will someday be an all-star and who know, he might be the best point guard in the NBA. Doc Rivers, the coach of Boston Celtics also said that there are a lot of great pointguards in the league right now. There's Steve Nash, Chris Paul, and Deron Williams. Here in Boston we have Rajon Rondo. But what sets him apart from those great point guards is his speed. Pound for pound, he is the fastest in the league right now." Rajon Rondo has averaged 19 points and 13 assists per game. He also has registered many tripple doubles. 18 points, 12 assists, and 11 rebounds. He is a former Reebok endorser for two years, but after his contract expired, Nike Zoom snagged him. His shoes closely resemble the Kobe 4 and 5. His team is currently fighting in the playoffs against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Rondo's shining moment in that series was during in game 4. They were down in the series by a game and game 4 is the most crucial because it will tie the season if they will win. In that particular game Rondo once and for all proved why he is an All-star. Registering again a triple-double. He even showed his great speed and defensive prowess when stole the ball from LeBron James who was on his way to the basket for another slamdunk. I have the video and i will post that on my blog. Rajon Rondo has definitely buffed the strong Boston Celtics. There's now a new superstar in their team. Thereby joining the fab three of the Celtics- Allen, Pierce, and Garnett; there is now "The Fab Four" because Rondo is already part of that fabulous group.

Here is a short but very telling video of Rondo in action:
