Junemar Fajardo Praises Scottie Thompson: Photo of the Day!

    Photo of the day:

A compliment from your opponent is already a big thing, but when it's from one of the PBA's best players who received several MVP awards, that's just on a whole new level. It just means that you are so good that other people can't ignore you.

But who would dare not notice Scottie Thompson? He's not the tallest and the quickest player on the court but his heart is bigger than anyone else especially in terms of rebounding.

The reigning PBA Most Valuable Player, Junemar Fajardo issued a statement about him that will surely make Scottie's supporters proud.

He sums up The Pearl's magical ability in getting the ball.

"Magaling si Scottie tumiming sa rebound. Magaling din siya magdraw ng depensa. Siya yung isa sa mga priority namin sa depensa eh, pero nakakarebound pa rin siya," Junemar explained.

Looking back, Barangay Ginebra's very own rebounding machine Scottie Thompson has really come a long way. From being an underdog in the University of Perpetual Help with a bad back injury, he has proven time and time again that hardwork can overcome any obstacle.
