Ateneo de Manila Lady Eagles skipper Alyssa Valdez welcomed all of us to her humble abode on Wednesday when miss Kara David of GMA 7's Powerhouse featured her on the show.
We saw how nice her family was while sharing to us her priced memorabilia from her past competitions and the cute things that her loving fans gave her throughout her volleyball career. She really opened her life story to the viewers.
Her dad also shared something about Alyssa's transition from UST to Ateneo. He said that he talked to Alyssa's High School coach.
"Medyo nahihiya kami nun pero nagsabi naman yung coach na kahit saan siya magcollege ok lang kasi napagtrabahuhan naman ni Alyssa yung pagiging player scholar niya sa UST," Alyssa's dad said.
Just like what most of us expected, Miss Kara David asked Alyssa about her lovelife. Alyssa said that she only had one significant other in the past. She's single now, but if ever, she wants her future boyfriend to be understanding.
"Basta po understanding okay na. Kasi sa schedule palang namin...."
