Slated this coming September 23 to October 3 in China, the FIBA Asia Championship 2015 already had its draw lots to determine the groupings of teams.
The draw lots' results are as follows:

From FIBA.com:
Group A - Iran, Japan, Malaysia, and South Asia Qualifier.
Group B - Philippines, Palestine, Kuwait, and East Asia Qualifier.
Group C - Korea, Jordan, Singapore, and China.
Group D - Chinese Taipei, Lebanon, Qatar, and Kazakhstan.
The Philippines is in Group B with Palestine, Kuwait, and a country from East Asia. A lot of Filipino basketball fans rejoiced upon knowing that we were able to dodge the infamous group of death.
