KD 8 Nike Basketball Shoes: Release Date in Philippines and Photos Here!

Kevin Durant has already shared an image showing both the sabertooth tiger and '8' (both images allude to the KD8 shoe) in his Twitter and Instagram.

The KD8 is the most technically advanced shoe that Nike has created for Durant. Designer Leo Chang shared an early look at the KD8 silhouette and an aspect of its design inspiration, the sabertooth tiger. This idea originated out of KD needing to wear and get comfortable with the shoe following foot surgery.

The KD8 will launch on June 23 and will be available at retail on July in the Philippines. Stay tuned for more information (suggested retail price and other colorways) about the debut of Kevin Durant’s eighth signature shoe.

I was told that the suggested retail price of the shoe is 9,495. The V8 colorway will drop on July 11. It will be available in key retail doors: TITAN, NIKE PARK, NIKE STADIUM, and NIKE FORUM.
