Meet the 6'5 12 year-old Fil-Aussie Baller Ethan Kirkness: Will He Play for Gilas Someday?

You can't teach height. That's why if you are tall, some people will say that you are blessed. That's the case of the 6'5 12 year-old Fil-Aussie Baller Ethan Blando Kirkness. With that towering height at such a young age, he's definitely blessed!

Kirkness is a basketball prodigy. At 6'5, he has the skills to do what others can't do on the court. And mind you, he's just 12 years old so that means he still has a lot of growing years left in his tank.

As per Dean Quinito, "Blando Kirkness is expected by doctors to grow up to over 7 feet, his 6-foot father Michael is from Mudgee, Australia while 5-10 mother Dinah is from Dumaguete, sister Mikyla is 7.

Due to his great potential, he has attracted a lot of big schools in the Philippines. Kirkness has visited the Lions den San Beda high school campus in Taytay, Ateneo, NU and La Salle Greenhills, watched live the UAAP and NCAA finals. (The Dean).

The tall baller has a lot of time to process his papers. But if he wants to to play for #Pilipinas in the international tournaments, he should immediately opt for Philippine citizenship before he turns 16 years old to avoid future FIBA problems.
