After leading by as much as 18 points early in the ballgame, the Talk 'n Text Tropang Texters relinquished their lead in the latter part of the 4th quarter against the gritty Alaska Aces and Calvin "The Beast" Abueva yesterday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The Beast nailed that all important buzzer beating 2 pointer that gave Alaska the victory via 100-98. He was eventually hailed as the Best Player of the Game amassing 26 points and 22 rebounds.
