Manny Pacquiao To Play in the PBA for KIA Motors ?

Manny Pacquiao planning to take his basketball skills to the PBA...

    By BallersPinas

When it comes to sports Manny Pacquiao only has two options, it's either boxing or basketball. Recently, he won a boxing match that made the whole Philippines happy after all the adversities that plagued our country. And now, he is once again looking to provide a top notch entertainment for the Filipino people.

Just recently it has been confirmed that Congressman Manny seriously considers playing for Kia Motors in the PBA. Kia along with NLEX and Blackwater Sports has been accepted by the PBA as their expansion teams.

In an interview, Manny disclosed that the plan is not yet final but he definitely wants to play in the PBA.

The 35-year old 8-Division World Champion will first have to join the PBA Expansion Draft in order to get into KIA's team line-up. That and other requirements render his path to the PBA unclear at this point in time.

If ever Manny's plan to play in the PBA will happen, he will join the ranks of the few celebrity people who managed to be multi-sport athletes like Mr. Richard Gomez (Fencing and Volleyball), Michael Jordan ( Basketball and Baseball), and Roy Jones Jr. ( Basketball and Boxing).
