The “Double” Call by The Referee on DLSU’s Kim Fajardo Will Stand, According To A Reliable Source, As The Ateneo Lady Eagles Take Game 3 of The UAAP Season 76 Women’s Volleyball Finals

    By BallersPinas

There you go. The referee's call on the last play that concluded the high-octane UAAP Season 76 Women's Volleyball Finals Game 3 between the Ateneo de Manila Lady Eagles and the DLSU Lady Spikers, wherein DLSU's savvy setter Kim Fajardo engaged in a skirmish at the net and then subsequently got tagged with a “double” infraction late in the 5th set that gave the victory to the Lady Eagles, will stand.

That’s according to this update posted by Sir Noel Zarate via his Twitter Account.

1."One of the referees explained the illegal attack by a Backrow Player on Kim, but the official call is Double by Bob Malenab.”
    2. “The end. That's it. Bob Malenab called a double on Kim. Alyssa wasn't overreaching. The illegal Backrow Attack was the alleged 2nd violation. Tapos.”

Thus, this game 3 result will also stand….

Game 4 will be this coming weekend.
