Manila, Philippines -- Fresh from bagging the Shakey's V-League Open Conference crown last Sunday, the undefeated Cagayan Valley Rising Suns seem to have embraced the "no rest" mentality as they have already started their training session in preparation for the upcoming Philippine Super Liga.

The team's skills coach, Sir Ariel Dela Cruz chatted with BallersPinas about their first training session, the new members of the team, Angge Tabaquero, Coach Nes Pamilar, and the Team's message to their supporters.

"Ito ang first day ng training namin para sa Super Liga, so nag loload muna yung mga players para yung preparation namin, kasi mas mahaba-haba konti 'yung Super Liga, tuloy-tuloy, so kailangan muna naming mag load para pagdating sa game mas kampante na mga players," announced Coach Ariel.

Chie Saet and Jheck Dionela will no longer be with them as they will be playing for Team Cignal in the Super Liga, but don't worry because Coach Ariel said that April Jose and Jen Reyes will be there to replace Chie and Jheck.

Speaking of Angge, Coach Ariel praised her leadership skills.

Coach Ariel also shared coach Nes Pamilar's initial instruction.

"Training lang muna order niya. So wala pa masyadong adjustments for the new players. Pagdating na siguro sa actual game. Observe muna namin sila,' declared coach Ariel who also highlighted the overwhelming support of their fans all throughout the V-League Open Conference.
