Manila, Philippines - The Philippine Volleyball Federation (PVF) has released the 20-Man Team Roster of the Philippine Women's Volleyball Team. Out of the 20 members in the training pool, 12 players will be chosen by the PVF Team Director and they will be sent to Thailand.
"Only 12 players will be allowed to play but we are bringing in 20 for the training," said PVF President Karl Chan.
The reigning Superliga 2013 MVP Miss Venus Bernal was chosen to be the Team Captain of our Philippine Women's Volleyball Team a.k.a. Bomberinas.
Other players could have been included in the list, but due to prior commitments they were not able to nod at the invite.
With regard to the Team Tacticians, the squad's Head Coach is Nestor Pamilar and the Assistant Coaches are Coach Norman Miguel and Coach Sherwin Meneses.
