Manila, Philippines - The Ateneo De Manila University Women's Volleyball Team is making a breakthrough in the world of College Volleyball as they will be tapping a Thai Coach to fill in the position that was left by Coach Roger Gorayeb.
That's according to the Ateneo Lady Eagles Twitter Account: @ADMU_WVT.
This is a breakthrough considering that no collegiate volleyball team has done this before. The Ateneo Women's Volleyball Team will be the first one to hire a Thai Coach.
When asked if there will be a communication gap problem between members of the coaching staff, the Twitter admin was quick to answer that there will be no problem with that as both Coach Charo and Coach Parley know how to speak Thai.
"Having a Thai coach will not be a problem. The Lady Eagles and even assistant coaches Charo and Parley know how to speak Thai," said the Twitter Admin who also asked the Ateneo Fans to watch the V-League on Sunday at the FilOil Flying V Arena in San Juan and support Fille & Karla who will be playing for Meralco and Alyssa, Jem, Charo & Den who on the other hand, will be suiting up for Smart.
