The First Ever Shakey's V-League Champhionship trophy of the National University Lady Bulldogs will literally have to go down the drain as it was shattered into pieces moments after they defeated the defending champions, Ateneo De Manila University Lady Eagles, in 4 sets.
A source told me that the person who's designated to safeguard the much coveted trophy fumbled while holding it that's why the trophy fell on the ground. It was shattered into pieces.
